IC Ultima

High-powered (210 cards per hour) desktop printer DataCard ImageCard IV is designated for the printing of identification cards with full-coloured photos, texts, logos, barcodes, or digital signature. The standard component of this printer is duplex module for both-sided full-coloured card printing. The printer ImageCard IV have two fixed cartridges which give the possibility to create clear or holographic topcoat on the card and at the same time DuraGard® topcoat for card security and durability. Furthermore, there is the possibility of chip card personalization or magnetic stripe encoding or both at one unit.

The printers ImageCard have easy-to-use system. Everything is modified in a way, so that the servicing would be easy to use as much as possible to prevent needless idle time. When you replace a print head, then it is enough to open the printer cover, lift the old print head out and put the new one. No other setting is necessary. The printer design allows easy access for users to be able to change ribbons and other expendable supplies very easy. There is inbuilt unique proprietary system of detection of foreign matter on the surface of this card. Then they are not used for printing and they are sent back into the stacker pocket. It lowers the number of possible servicing and it improves the quality of printing.
