The plastic card production

The plastic card is produced in a lamination process of several layers of PVC and similar stuff by the instrumentality of temperature and pressure. Plastic cards can be printed in many colours by which means an attractive product come into being. Plastic card printers can encode magnetic strips or barcode and we can incorporate your card by personalization elements like barcodes, photographs, identifying number, strip foils, signature field etc.

Data on the plastic card

The plastic card can keep your data on data media according to your needs. Just to choose.

Personalization of plastic card

For identification of person who is plastic card holder there is nothing easier but to provide your card with some of personalization elements.

If you do not know what to do, contact us, and our experienced design team will advise you or in case of need complete the information.

Cards can be packed separately into the polypropylene foil. To each card, which is designed for foiling, is possible to add:

• additional information stuff
• paper card which matches card proportions by its size (paper 250 g chalk)
• paper accordion fold with two folds whose size matches card proportions (paper 115 g chalk)

The cards can be separated at one or they be fold in an accordion fold at 10 - 25 pieces with the option of easy separation.
A set of cards can be packed according to individual requirements into the cardboard cover.
